I made a tutu!!

Sophie wanted something fancy to wear to her "Fancy Nancy" birthday party on Saturday so I decided to attempt making a tutu! I went to Wal-Mart last night at 9pm bought tulle (which by the way is super cheap.. $1.47 a yard) and by 10:30 this morning I had a tutu and I also got a decent night of sleep... My point is... it was really easy and I think it turned out really cute. We had to bribe Sophie to put it on because I think she was a little frightened by the poofiness (is that even a word?)... Anyway here it is....
